After dinner, sit around the fire pit with swinging chairs and roast some marshmallows for s'mores! Our Peaceful Mountain Retreat has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 8 people. Two rooms have queen beds, and the other room has a twin bunk bed – perfect for the kids! The two couches in the living room open up to queen-size sleepers for extra guests; you may need to slide the couch over to accommodate both sleeper sofas, and please be sure to move them back. Two full bathrooms means no waiting in line for the shower in the mornings! There's even a washer and dryer for cleaning clothes and/or towels. This cabin is secluded enough for a getaway while still being accessible to all the shops and attractions your heart desires. A relaxing soak in the steamy hot tub is the perfect way to wind down your day. 🏔️ All guests must be 25+ (children under 25 with their parents are allowed) 🏔️8 Guest Maximum! 🏔️4 Vehicle Maximum, 1 RV Maximum! 🏔️ Pets allowed 🐶🐱 - $100 non-refundable pet fee. Be sure to pack crates and bedding. Please crate your pet when you aren’t there. Any scratches or damages will result in an extra charge. Dogs and cats only. 2 pets maximum! Must pay a pet fee, we will know if you bring pets. Please clean up after your pet! 🏔️ We have plenty of room available for parking, and motion sensor lights along with solar-powered string lights that illuminate at night make finding your way easy if you plan to check-in after dark. The carport can fit 2 cars underneath, but there is room for 4 cars TOTAL and/or an RV or trailer. ⛰️ Hot tub should be entered at your own risk. The hot tub will have been professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. All children must be supervised while using the hot tub. Hot tub has bromine tablets in it. We are not responsible for any jewelry or clothing damage if worn in the hot tub. A shower should be taken before and after entering a hot tub per guidelines of Sevier County Health Department. Please use hot tub cover lift to open and close hot tub cover!! 🏔️ We do routine pest control around the property, but being a cabin in the woods, there may be occasional bugs. Please keep doors and windows closed to prevent bugs from coming inside. 🏔️ To keep clothes and towels fresh and clean, there’s a laundry closet with a washing machine and dryer. You may bring your own detergent and dryer sheets if you wish. 🏔️ There is not a garbage disposal in the kitchen sink, so please dispose of food waste in the trash. 🏔️Cabin is located in a quiet residential neighborhood of both short-term rentals and permanent residents. Parties are forbidden. If you plan to party, this is not the cabin for you. 🏔️We provide a start of toilet paper (1 roll in each bathroom), paper towel (1 roll in kitchen), hand soaps, dish soap, body wash, shampoo & conditioner (refillable bottles in bathrooms and at kitchen sink) and dishwasher pods (2 in kitchen). You’ll likely need to bring more. 🏔️Bring your own condiments, creamers, seasonings, oil, and anything else you think you’ll need to make your stay more enjoyable. 🏔️We also provide a starter set of towels. The washer and dryer may be used if towels get dirty or wet. You are welcome to bring additional towels with you also. 🏔️You will likely see and hear critters, including rabbits, turkeys, and bears. Please do NOT feed the bears or attempt to get close to the bears or any wildlife. 🏔️This cabin isn’t next to the Parkway. It is quiet, relaxing, and a breath of fresh air. If you want the traffic, noise, and lights of Pigeon Forge, this will not be a good fit! We love the remote nature of this cabin and the beautiful country drive down the 2-lane road to Sevierville. The views are amazing. ❌ NO late checkout or early check in.
